Great Report for the East London Academy of Hair & beauty

The East London Academy of hair and beauty was celebrating last month after gaining a great report from VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust). The external verifier issued an excellent report on the 14^th May and gave some great feedback. She said that she was extremely impressed by the way the academy was operating and the training that they are providing. The academy has been open since late 2007 and many students have already achieved full qualifications. All students have achieved the ELA diploma and were happy to pose with them for pictures for a local newspaper recently.

Student Audrey Augustus said “I have been studying at the academy since it opened and have learned a so much. The atmosphere is relaxed, we all have a laugh and help each other out. Natalie knight said “I have a child with special needs and this meant that I was not able to attend the same days as the other students. The academy was so flexible and ensured that I didn’t miss out, I was still able to train. I’ve got my confidence back and the academy has helped me a great deal. All the teachers are volunteers and do a great job”.
